Four plans, one promise: a senior reviewer reads every page of your condo docs and tells you, in plain English, what the documents reveal about the property.
Our Plans
Protect your investment. Get your documents reviewed by the experts. No hidden fees. No surprises. All processed through the Docwise service.
*After all required documents are sent
NOTE: We do not provide condominium document reviews for newly constructed buildings or commercial condominium corporations.
Buying a property can be both exciting and stressful. Docwise's mission is to give you the clearest possible picture of what you're buying. Just like a home inspection, a condo document review helps you understand what the documents reveal - before you commit.
You will work with your real estate agent to gather necessary documents, which we'll thoroughly review, including finances, governance, repair history, and bylaws. We then provide a clear report highlighting key information.
The report will be available for download in your client area, outlining important points to consider. It serves as a guide, but consulting professionals like your realtor and lawyer remains essential for fully informed decisions in the purchasing process.
How It Works
What We Need From You
These documents can be obtained by your realtor through the property management company in charge of the building.
It can take up to 10 days for property management to deliver the full package. Start the request before engaging our services, this ensures a seamless condo doc review.
We can begin a condo docs review on partial documentation, but the final report requires the mandatory items listed below. Please note that the review timeline will only start once all mandatory documents have been submitted.
To make the most of your report, share every supporting document available, even optional items help.
