  • Credit Card: Data such as the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and security code are collected. This data is transmitted directly to the payment operator or processor and is not stored on our servers.
  • PayPal: For PayPal payments, the email address associated with the account, the cardholder’s name, and other information necessary to verify the transaction may be shared, in accordance with PayPal’s own policies.
  • E-transfer: In cases of electronic transfer, essential banking information such as account number, branch, and account holder’s name is collected to complete the payment.
  • Apple Pay: For transactions made via Apple Pay, data linked to your Apple account is used, such as a tokenized payment identifier and billing information (for example, name and address). The actual card number is not shared with DOCWISE.
  • Google Pay: For Google Pay, the system uses tokenized information that may include a secure payment identifier and data linked to your Google account, such as name and e-mail, without disclosing the full card details.

Payment data is processed directly by the respective service providers, which comply with data protection laws and are subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend that users review the terms of these providers for detailed information on how their personal data is handled.
